"Company Profile"

Century Pacific Group of Companies (CPGC) is presently one of the leading, fast-growing, and widely-diversified enterprises in the Philippine food industry. Its core business is the canning, marketing, and distribution of marine (tuna, sardine, and other sea foods), meat, and milk products. In addition, it ventured into fast food restaurant operations to actively partake of the outdoor food and beverage market as well.

2nd Week (Monday)

It is monday 7:30 am and i was too early for the office hour. I wait for Mr. Toy2, he is the incharge of the stock room, office room lock. We cant enter as long as he is not arrive. It is 9:30 am when Mr toy2 arrive, majority are mad at him but still they are laughing! Then I submitt the papers that they give me.
It is almost 11:30am they said have a break. I get my bag so i can eat my lunch but before I go Mrs. Shiela call me and said wait. They invited me for a lunch with them.
And I said "I dont have any cash!(char wala bitaw kwarta^_^)" and they said its okay Mr. Nico said "I give Ryan a treat.." then I am smile and said Thank you. we get down and get into the car of Mr. Dodong (a sale manager of GenSan City).









And we stop at restaurant namely shotukil located at Bajada, Davao City.
And we eat. After we ate a luch we get back to the office and when we see the clock it is 12:05pm and too early to get back the pending work. soo we decided to get a short nap until 1:30pm... after I woke up it is 1:15pm... and I ask all the company incharge to get some photo around the office. and they allow me!

First Week Experience!! (SIT-OJT) - Summary

It was started on Thuesday 10:30am for an interview. And I meet Mr. Alvin Bruma the manager of Century Pacific Group of Companies(CPGC), that located at Lanang, Davao City. I confident for it cause I know they will train me and teach me what to do. He ask me what is my course and my purpose of applying to the corporation. Then he introduce me to his office mates Mr. Nico, Mrs. Shiela, Mr. Dodong(not a name), Mr. Jojo(not a real name), Mr. Gretchen and etc., They welcome me with a smile and and a rule of the corporation. Then Mr. Alvin get my attention when he said that i cant start tommorow 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to saturday. And he said that he give me a minimum wage/allowance almost 280 php/day. I waas shock an grab the opportunity that they offer. And that day they give me a tour inside the stock room.









After they give me a tour he give me something that I can do for tommorow! It is a paper work!at first I hate it cause it is not connected to my course and all I said is wow!!! thats was awesome! I can't segregate 13,000 paper according to the I.N Numbers:, at first I thing I cant do it. But after they explian why I need to cegregate the papers so that is not hard for me to incode it to the inventory system that they use(sorry I cant show what the system they use for it is ristricted.)
Almost 5 day before I finish my first task.
